Hey, I'm Bhanu. I'm a 21-year-old full-stack engineer with 2.5+ years of production experience and a design eye. I've worked on consumer & enterprise SaaS platforms and distributed systems, taking products from zero to one and sweating the micro-interactions that make software feel alive.
Currently, I serve as a Senior Software Developer at Newral Softwares Inc. (joined as an SDE in Dec 2024, went full-time from April 2025, promoted to Senior Software Developer in July 2025) — and Founding Engineer of Synappses, the enterprise LMS platform I lead within Newral.
My flagship focus right now is Synappses, a white-label, multi-tenant enterprise LMS platform serving thousands of daily active users across premier coaching institutions (like IIT School and College Kaka) and global US EdTech organizations. It features dynamic tenant theming, 12+ payment gateways, WebRTC live interactive classrooms, automated FFmpeg HLS transcoding, and Google Widevine DRM.
Top 10 of 30,000+ applicants at VibeCon India in Bengaluru (April 2026), the hackathon Y Combinator and Emergent run in San Francisco and Bengaluru. Won the Wingathon by building Wingman, an autonomous real-time AI agent system, in 24 hours.

Senior Software Developer (Dec 2024 – present). Founded Synappses in-house, product-led the Competishun account, architected monitoring pipelines for Fizz Social, built Emotions AI cross-platform apps, served as solo founding engineer delivering MVP & V1 for AssumeChat VC demos, shipped Agrevon under Startup India Seed Round, and built complete healthcare diagnostics backend for Rapid Stroke.
Product Lead, through Newral. Competishun is an independent EdTech company and Newral is its tech partner, running its technology end-to-end. I led the team behind its 14+ microservices, which serve 100K+ users and 10,000+ concurrent students on mock-test days, and cut cloud costs and query times along the way.
Full-Stack Intern, promoted to SDE. Engineered a dual-sided marketplace platform with vendor SaaS subscriptions, multi-gateway payments (Razorpay & Stripe), and customer ticket booking systems.
1.5-year intensive training in MERN stack, Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design (Career Accelerator batch CAP-06, roll CAP06-006). Stayed on as an Instructional Associate, helping students debug and ship their MERN stack projects.

Education
Pursuing a B.Com at Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU) alongside full-time engineering. In parallel, I am preparing my application for the University of Pennsylvania's (Penn) MAS-CS Online program, bridging the formal CS transition through Masai training and production engineering depth.
